Terms & Conditions:

​Sweet Cart Hire:

  • A £50 non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking to secure your date and the outstanding balance is due 4 weeks prior to your event along with the £50 refundable damages deposit.
  • An order is confirmed once you have received confirmation in writing from us. Orders will be guaranteed once the non-refundable deposit has been received.
  • If 4 weeks prior to your event full payment has not been made, we reserve the right to withdraw our acceptance of your order.  No delivery will be made without full payment
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for any returned or unused stock.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw acceptance of your order should we be unable to source the goods requested.  In the unlikely event that this should happen, we will immediately refund any funds paid to Boodelicious Sweet Cart.

​Placing an Order
  • Placing an order with Boodelicious Sweet Cart denotes that you have read, agreed and understood the terms and conditions so please read these carefully. No alteration to these terms and conditions can be made unless we have agreed to these in writing.
  • Delivery charges will be detailed in quotation & minimum numbers may apply.

​Damage - Refundable Deposit
  • A fully refundable damage deposit of £50 is required along with full payment 4 weeks before the event; this is to ensure our cart is returned in the same condition in which it was left.  The fully refundable damage deposit will be given back to you or a named party within 14 days of the event subject to there being no damage or loss to the property of Boodelicious Sweet Cart.
  • Should any damage occur then unfortunately this will result in a deduction from your deposit to replace any items.  All damaged items remain the property of Boodelicious Sweet Cart and must be returned.
  • The cart must not be used for your guests to leave their drinks glasses on, as our cart is professionally spray painted and this may result in the cart being water damaged or stained. If damage is done due to this the £50 refundable deposit will not be returned.
  • Under no circumstances can anything such as banners or pictures be attached to the Sweet Cart.
  • Should the cart be damaged beyond repair there will be a charge of £500. This is in addition to the refundable deposit, which we would also retain.

​Payments
  • Please note that we do not accept cash or cheques on the day of the event.  If paying by cheque, the cheque guarantee number and expiry date must be written on the back of the cheque, and enough time must be given to ensure the cheque clears prior to the event taking place. In the unlikely event of the cheque not clearing, we reserve the right to withdraw from this  agreement, without prior notice.

​Delivery
  • We will deliver and collect the sweet cart within a 15 mile radius of Bath.  Additional miles incur a further charge of 40p per mile.
  • The Sweet Cart will be delivered and set up by Boodelicious Sweet Cart on a date and time specified by you the customer.
  • Our estimated time for delivery will be stated on your invoice. Should any unforeseen event occur which results us being delayed, we will not be liable.
  • Where we are unable to set up through error or fault on your part, we reserve the right to charge for our time which is currently £10 per person per hour.

​Cancellation Fees
Should you need to cancel your booking the following charges will apply :
  • Less than 12 weeks prior to your event – 10% of the total cost or £50 deposit whichever is the greatest.
  • Less than 8 weeks prior to your event – 50% of the total cost or £50 deposit whichever is the greatest.
  • Less than 4 weeks prior to event          – 100% of the total cost
  • Anyone wishing to cancel must contact us as soon as possible by telephone and then follow up by confirmation in writing by email to info@boodelicious.co.uk

​Liabilities
  • In no circumstances shall our liability to you exceed the invoice value of the contract.
  • Please note that some sweets may contain nuts, have traces of nuts or nut oils, or may have been in contact with other products containing nuts. Boodelicious Sweet Cart can NOT be held responsible for any issues resulting from food allergies.
  • Customers should ensure that children are responsibly supervised at all times to avoid the risk of choking when consuming the confectionery and suffocation from plastic sweet wrappers and bags. Boodelicious Sweet Cart can NOT be held responsible for any safety issues which may occur from the consumption of our confectionery or the use of our equipment at your event, including plastic and glass objects.
  • Boodelicious Sweet Cart or any of our representatives will not be liable in respect of damages/injury/loss or any other damage incurred in respect of this hire, as a result of any defect or damage to the item and the customer shall satisfy him/herself of the suitability/condition/placement of the equipment upon receipt.
  • Permission should be sought by you the hirer from the venue as to the suitability of all items hired.
  • In no event shall Boodelicious Sweet Cart be liable to you for any damages resulting from or related to any failure or delay to provide service under this agreement if such delays of failures are due to strikes, weather, fire, riots, acts of god, theft, terrorism, vandalism or other causes beyond our control, as defined by standard practices in the industry.  Such failure or delay shall not constitute a default under this agreement.

​Law
  • These terms and conditions and any contract formed between us shall be governed by the laws of England and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

​Privacy Policy
  • Boodelicious Sweet Cart will treat any personal information you provide in accordance with the data protection act of 1998, any information you supply will only be used to contact you in connection with services provided and/or to respond to any requests you have made to provide the requested information.
  • Boodelicious Sweet Cart WILL NOT under any circumstances sell, trade or rent your information to third parties.

​Chair Cover Hire:


  • A £50 non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking to secure your date and the outstanding balance is due 4 weeks prior to your event along with the £100 refundable damages deposit.
  • An order is confirmed once you have received confirmation in writing from us. Orders will be guaranteed once the non-refundable deposit has been received.
  • If 21 days prior to your event full payment has not been made, we reserve the right to withdraw our acceptance of your order.  No delivery will be made without full payment
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for any returned or unused stock.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw acceptance of your order should we be unable to source the goods requested.  In the unlikely event that this should happen, we will immediately refund any funds paid to Boodelicious Sweet Cart.

  • Should any damage occur then unfortunately this will result in a deduction from your deposit to replace any items.  All damaged items remain the property of Boodelicious Sweet Cart and must be returned.
  • Should a cover be damaged beyond repair there will be a charge of £10 per cover that has been damaged. And £5 per sash that has been lost or damaged. This would be taken from the refundable deposit, however should more than 5 covers get damaged, you will be sent with an invoice to cover these extra charges, which needs to be paid to Boodelicious Sweet Cart within 14 days of the event taking place.

​Payments

  • Should any damage occur then unfortunately this will result in a deduction from your deposit to replace any items.  All damaged items remain the property of Boodelicious Sweet Cart and must be returned.
  • The ferris wheel must not be used for your guests to leave their drinks on, and you must not place any other food items in the trays as our ferris wheel is professionally spray painted and this may result in the ferris wheel being water damaged or stained. If damage is done due to this the £50 refundable deposit will not be returned.
  • Under no circumstances can anything such as banners or pictures be attached to the Ferris Wheel.
  • Should the ferris wheel be damaged beyond repair there will be a charge of £500. This is in addition to the refundable deposit, which we would also retain.

​Payments

  • The Ferris Wheel will be delivered and set up by Boodelicious Sweet Cart on a date and time specified by you the customer.
  • Our estimated time for delivery will be stated on your invoice. Should any unforeseen event occur which results us being delayed, we will not be liable.
  • Where we are unable to set up through error or fault on your part, we reserve the right to charge for our time which is currently £10 per person per hour.

  • Boodelicious Sweet Cart or any of our representatives will not be liable in respect of damages/injury/loss or any other damage incurred in respect of this hire, as a result of any defect or damage to the item and the customer shall satisfy him/herself of the suitability/condition/placement of the equipment upon receipt.
  • Permission should be sought by you the hirer from the venue as to the suitability of all items hired.
  • In no event shall Boodelicious Sweet Cart be liable to you for any damages resulting from or related to any failure or delay to provide service under this agreement if such delays of failures are due to strikes, weather, fire, riots, acts of god, theft, terrorism, vandalism or other causes beyond our control, as defined by standard practices in the industry.  Such failure or delay shall not constitute a default under this agreement.

  • A £20 non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking to secure your date and the outstanding balance is due 4 weeks prior to your event along with the £50 refundable damages deposit.
  • An order is confirmed once you have received confirmation in writing from us. Orders will be guaranteed once the non-refundable deposit has been received.
  • If 4 weeks prior to your event full payment has not been made, we reserve the right to withdraw our acceptance of your order.  No delivery will be made without full payment.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw acceptance of your order should we be unable to source the goods requested.  In the unlikely event that this should happen, we will immediately refund any funds paid to Boodelicious Sweet Cart.

  • The postbox must only be used for letters and cards. You will also be issued with a key, which we have a spare, should you lose this key. If the key is lost, or the post box is damaged the £50 refundable deposit will not be returned.
  • Under no circumstances can anything such as banners or pictures be attached to the Postbox
  • Should the postbox be damaged beyond repair, there will be a charge of £300. This is in addition to the refundable deposit, which we would also retain.

​Payments
